1. TEACH THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SAFE AND UNSAFE TOUCH. Teach kids what safe touch and unsafe touch means. The first step in body safety is to understand what body parts are private and should not be touched by anyone without permission. These include genitalia, buttocks, breasts, mouth, and anus.
