26 Σεπ 2018 · Traditional sashimi is my go-to, but this is a lovely way to make salmon (which I also love) remarkable. This new style sashimi is a great appetizer served individually, or in platters–it will please almost any fish-lover.
Salmon, nashi pear, truffle salt, dry miso, micro arugula "intensity mix". Sauce: truffle oil, olive oil, yuzu juice. That's it! Follow instructions here for dried miso, and I'd use the same ratios as provided there for the sauce (2tb evoo, 2tsp truffle oil, 1tb yuzu).

13 Φεβ 2021 · INGREDIENTS. 8 oz. sushi grade salmon. 1 garlic clove, grated. 12 springs chives, cut in half. 1 tbsp sesame seeds. 1 tbsp tamari sauce. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice. 1 tbsp fresh lime juice. 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 2 oz. black caviar (optional) DIRECTIONS. STEP 1. Cut the salmon into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
24 Ιουν 2021 · Nobu's New Style Sashimi is full of umami flavor — thanks to the combination of tamari (or soy sauce), sesame oil, olive oil and yozu juice (we simply used meyer lemon juice), which is poured over the top of the salmon. The olive and sesame oil are heated to sear and partially cook the fish.
