Please contact the doctor’s office at your local Sam’s Club to schedule an eye exam. If you don’t have the doctor’s number, contact your club’s Optical Center. Select your club and locate the Optical Center phone number under the Contacts heading.

The Satisfaction Guarantee excludes loss or theft. The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee includes: Frame Restyles, Measurement Changes, Lens Restyles, Doctor’s Rx Change or Breakage.

In the past, my closest Sam’s Club Optical Center has offered a buy-one-get-one-free deal on children’s glasses.
