20 Μαρ 2002 · I believe that you are correct. Samick is the largest manufacturer of guitar parts and a lot of the other guitar shops use their parts, even in their top of the line stuff. You just don't know when you are getting it.

Samick have been around for decades and maintain a factory in S Korea where they make Samick and several other brands (Ibanez, Epiphone, Greg Bennet, Guild, Vantage, Aria and many others) of guitars. Some are quite good, some are student grade.
