  1. 3 Δεκ 2006 · So I've discovered the line of Samick guitars. These seem like a great value, since you can get a solid spruce top acoustic electric for under $300. Anyone have experience with these guitars?

  2. 30 Ιουλ 2015 · Plugged it in and it played and sounded really great. Had a pointy headstock, and I wanted to get a Fender S series type (larger) headstock for it. Had a search saved on eBay, and every one I saw was legit and the seller wanted at least $200 for it. Wasn't going to put a $200+ neck on a $40 guitar.

  3. 31 Ιαν 2018 · I've tried two Samick Jazz boxes in the last two days. One a Greg Bennett Lasalle and an HJ650 (which I reluctantly bought). They look really nice, but to me, they just sound dead. Nothing stands out. I know they're budget guitars, but I wish, they were more articulate.

  4. I find that Samick was strong. it is particulirement robust and well finished. the Hon: Mechanical and Materials are of very good bill. She has 15 years now and has aged well overall. SOUNDS

  5. Samick have been around for decades and maintain a factory in S Korea where they make Samick and several other brands (Ibanez, Epiphone, Greg Bennet, Guild, Vantage, Aria and many others) of guitars. Some are quite good, some are student grade. You can't write off an entire brand as good or bad; you need to play the instrument.

  6. 18 Μαρ 2023 · It’s a well made, well finished guitar with a smooth fast neck, very nice fretwork and sounds great. Came with Seymour Duncan humbuckers but not sure what model. Like I say, it sounds really good and gets all the typical ES-335 sounds from smoky to straight up rock.

  7. 29 Μαρ 2016 · It's an offset v electric, neck through design, etc. Honestly, it feels nice and solid, and it plays great. Action is awesome, neck feels nice, everything. I'm very happy with it. BUT the pickups and dull and muddy, and the input jack is getting loose.
