Sampan is a contemporary Asian fusion restaurant with one of the best happy hour specials I've seen in Philly yet! Highlights: The scorpion bowls are an excellent portion (~1 bowl/4 people) and the bao buns are extremely delicious!

5 Δεκ 2011 · Tried the $40 tasting menu; some of our choices were lobster ceviche, Kobe beef satay, kimchee fried rice, seared tuna, and a wonderful, wonderful rock shrimp. Ordered a carafe of a drink made with tequila which was so good we ordered a second carafe.
