Getting super discouraged by all the negative reviews on ApartmentRatings & Yelp for all the apartment communities I've liked from the listings. Is it just the case that the voices with the most bad stuff to say are the loudest? Or is every apartment community pretty terrible? The most common complaints across all the places i've looked are.
Just signed a lease at Pinnacle on Park but hear not so great thing obviously… aside from all of the bad reviews im not a picky person as long my unit is good and there are decent amenities. Our unit looks nice and I like the gym and study rooms. Should I still be worried about living here?
Beware of 5 star reviews on Yelp. Had a contractor offer me a substantial credit for leaving a 5 star review, but the service was definitely not worth 5 stars. They did it over the phone so there is no proof, but I’ve since learned that this is not uncommon for contractors in the San Diego area. 28.
