The handle is removed from the Wheeler action wrench and then placed in your vice (see youtube video for details). All of the tools would be the same for any of the following calibers: 243 Winchester, 260 Remington, 7mm-08 Remington, 308 Winchester, 338 Federal, 358 Winchester
