The disabled notification reads “account disabled, we noticed some unusual activity, so we’ve disabled your ad account, verify your account to run ads again”. After looking into quite a bit of sources of what to do, including facebooks own help resources and some articles I found on the web.
2 weeks ago my personal account was hacked. It was linked to BM and the ad account. The hacker changed the name of the page, ran an ad with max spend. He managed to run it for 1 hour before I regained access. The ads account was disabled. Meta helped me secure my account quickly.

Update Ad Email Notification Settings. You receive one email for every ad approved, so you'll receive multiple emails if you create multiple ads in a day. To adjust which emails you receive from Facebook: Go to Account Settings in Ads Manager. You may have to re-enter your password. Select Notifications.
How to troubleshoot your restricted or disabled account. On a computer, go to Meta Business Support Home. From Account Overview, click the restricted account that you want to troubleshoot. Look for a What you can do section and take the recommended steps for your account.
