There MIGHT be 1-2 niche uses for seers, but I wouldn't say its worth camping for. If you get it, cool, if not, don't stress. It's only worth grinding for if you have shadow of tumeken. For most other weapons I wouldn't bring it, unless you don't have anything better to wear in ur ring slot.
Brimstone ring has a 25% chance to ignore 10% mage defence while having the same non-imbued mage acc as seers. While also having a ton of other stats...

It can be imbued using 650,000 Nightmare Zone reward points, 260 Soul Wars Zeal Tokens, or a Scroll of Imbuing, purchased for 200 Emir's Arena reward points, which doubles its bonuses.
