Seminal vesiculitis is an uncommon entity characterized by inflammation of the seminal vesicles. It is most commonly infective in etiology and often associated with concurrent infection elsewhere in the male genital tract, forming part of the spectrum of male accessory gland inflammation 4.
Age: 80 years. Gender: Male. Presentation. ct. Mild bladder wall thickening and hyperenhancement, which could be accentuated by underdistention. Asymmetric enlargement of the right seminal vesicle with increased areas of enhancement and central low attenuation. No well-defined abscess.
The case presents typical features of seminal vesiculitis in the form of enlarged seminal vesicles with dilatation of their tubules, also with diffuse mural thickening, and enhancement of their walls and septae.

Anatomy and a spectrum of abnormalities are reviewed and discussed. Cases are from an analysis of clinical and surgical files to show the diagnostic features of various cystic diseases of the seminal vesicles. Tissue characteristics of the seminal vesicles on CT, MRI and US images are emphasized.
