The SEPTA Key card account is reloadable and can be used to manage transit passes or transit value in your travel wallet. You can use your Inspira Card or commuter benefits accounts to set up automatic payments on your Clipper card to pay for cash value, transit passes, and/or parking value.

12 Νοε 2019 · In addition to the 72 outlying stations, customers can also purchase Key Cards for Regional Rail at kiosks located at the five Center City stations, and at SEPTA sales offices. Once customers have a Key Card, they can reload passes online, over the phone or in-person at stations.
