To apply online to the NHIF service portal, you need to follow these steps: Visit the official NHIF website and click on the “Online Application” link. Fill in your personal details, such as your name, National ID No, email, and mobile number. Create an e-wallet pin that you will use to login into the portal.
Under Service provider menu, click on Form 2 C sub-menu found on the left pane navigation bar. Then click on the Form 2 C menu found at the top of the page. Enter an Authorization Number and click the Search button. On the form that appears next, fill in all the required information.
All students have to fill NHIF student’s registration form or apply online through Online Students Registration portal. Forms shall be attached with one (1) recent colored passport size photo. Dully filled forms should be submitted to NHIF offices.
