Enrolling in the CARE Program is easy. To get started, visit Get discounts on your PG&E bill with the CARE Program and select Apply Now (yellow button on the right-hand side). If you already have an online account, simply select the SIGN IN tab and input your username and password.

Yes, CARE, FERA and Medical Baseline are state programs which provide a discounted rate for electricity to qualifying low-income households.
