The steps below will help you add an iCloud account to new Outlook, or manage an existing account by deleting it or making it your primary account.

Add a new account in new Outlook. On the View tab, select View settings. Select Accounts > Email accounts. You can now add a new account. Under Email accounts, select Add Account, and select a suggested account from the dropdown menu or enter a different email address. Click Continue.
Set Up iCloud in Outlook. Now that you've got your App-Specific Password you can use it to set up iCloud in Outlook. Open Outlook. Click the File menu. Click AddAccount. Select Manual setupor additional server types and click Next. Select POP or IMAP. Click Next. Within POP and IMAP Account Settings, fill out Your Name and full Email Address.
