Shane was born on January 12, 1976 in Shreveport to Gary and Cathy Basinger. He was a loving and devoted husband. Shane loved his daughters, and was a wonderful father, showing his girls how dear they were to him and enjoyed being together as a family.
He is survived by his wife, Kerri Webb Basinger; parents, Cathy Sublett and Gary Basinger; son, Kyler Shane Basinger; sister, Shelley L. Basinger; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tommy and Sandra Webb; cousins, Lesa Townsend and Wendi Grabner; nieces Taylor L. Powell and Alyssa N. Webb.
