6 Μαρ 2016 · I have SB Acoustic Satori MW16P-4 (4ohm) and the TW29R Satori tweeters. I was using these in my car and have since removed. I am now looking to build the Kairos Kit from meniscus. however crossover will need to be changed. I am looking for assistance on new crossover for these speakers utilizing the enclosure from the Kairos.

13 Μαΐ 2022 · I've built a lot of 4 and 5-ways...a good goal is to try to split the 10 audible octaves into as equal slices as possible. Apart from sizing drivers based on the ka=beamwidth rules, it also helps to remember that displacement has to increase 4x per octave decrease, for equal SPL.
31 Αυγ 2009 · My initial design of the crossover is the following 4 way with a 1st order lowpass for the subwoofer, two 1st order narrow bandpass for woofer and midrange and a third order highpass with LPad of 3.3 dB for the tweeter.
12 Φεβ 2018 · I could adjust the frequency ranges if need be or swap out the speaker for one better suited. I also have these speakers available to me. 1 pair of 4" Ayima 8 Ohm speakers which are very detailed in the upper range (IMO very impressive for a cheap speaker). 1 pair of 5-1/4" Audax HM130Z4 (dual voice coil, 8 Ohm each voice coil). What do you think?
