7286. Skotizo is a demonic boss located beneath the Catacombs of Kourend. Accessing his lair requires the use of a dark totem on the altar found in the centre of the Catacombs; one dark totem permits only one attempt, which makes him a sporadic boss. Skotizo is a level 321 demon located underneath the Catacombs of Kourend. His arena requires sacrificing a Dark totem to the Altar in the center of the catacombs to enter. He is commonly killed for his high valued drops, Ancient shards, Hard and Elite clues, and the Skotos pet.

Plus the quest is actually super easy and pretty funny. One last tip, save your totems until you get a Black Demon or Greater Demon Slayer task. That way you can use a slayer helmet against Skot. Skotizo isn’t the hardest boss but he still requires pretty decent melee stats and a fair amount of attention.
Collected 30 totems barraging nechryaels recently and started doing some Skotizo. It made me realize how cool this boss is to the game. People can't spend hours and hours power farming it like Vorkath, so Skotizo's drops can be moderately lucrative without being it being overpowered.
You'll want to use the t-bow for this boss, pretty simple, its a reward from Raids 1 and it is best in slot at this boss. With that go with full arma and pegasian boots if you have them. Otherwise rangers is fine.
