16 Απρ 2019 · I've heard excellent reviews for both. No idea who'd be better for the AK-mag style trigger. If I had to guess, i'd say Kivaari, as the bulk of his work seems focus very specifically on the sks trigger, whereas Murray's gunsmithing addresses the entire sks platform.
28 Σεπ 2005 · While the SKS trigger design limits what miracles one can do with the standard trigger, Kivaari does a great job of improving it within those parameters. His cost and turnaround time were very reasonable.
3 Μαρ 2011 · I'm having a hard time getting the trigger group to latch back in my Yugo SKS. All the instructions I've read makes it sound pretty straightforward. No matter how hard I "slap" the trigger guard down into the little catch, it never seems to grab it.

Hey, so I got my first SKS and cleaned all the cosmoline off it this past week, and as the title gives away, when I went to reassemble it, the trigger group won't click back into place. The mag seems to sit back where it belongs, just can't get the trigger guard back in.
9 Απρ 2023 · I've tried pretty much everything aside from replacing parts in the trigger group. I've managed to replicate the issue without the recoil spring and dust cover. I can slam the BCG forward and watch the hammer fall as soon as the bolt hits the chamber.
