Checking in online is the quickest way to check in for your flight and get your boarding pass. Check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends an hour prior to departure. This is also a good time to add additional checked bags.
STARLUX Airlines offers flights to more than ten Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Macau destinations. Book the tickets, check-in online through our official website or APP, and accumulate mileage with the COSMILE membership program.
After completing online check-in, please arrive at the airport check-in counter 1 hour prior to the departure time to complete procedures such as collecting boarding pass, baggage check-in and airport security check.
You can perform the online check-in on STARLUX Website and access your boarding pass between 48 and 1 hour prior to the departure time in order to save your time at the airport.
PRO TIP: If you are traveling internationally, you'll be required to enter your passport information before buying any bags or seats and printing your boarding pass. Some guests may not be able to complete check-in online (see below).
You can print out your boarding pass on any normal printer, use your phone app, use a PDF on your phone (need the bar code or QR code), or you can go to a counter and get it printed for you. Spirit will charge $10 or something to print out your pass.
Showing up to the airport without your boarding pass is so last trip. Download the Spirit Airlines App or check in online to access your boarding pass and manage your trip.
