This mod is a loose prequel to Coldhaven.
The one I do use is {Better Vampire NPCs 1.9 SE}. This one is a fairly comprehensive revamp of vampire NPCs, but also adds bloodglass weapons. They look like red & black glass weapons, and have a low chance to innately proc target debilitating or PC boosting effects (and can still be enchanted).
