Slow roasted chicken thighs, baked in the oven, are one of my families favorite meals. These baked chicken thighs are crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. I prefer to slow roast bone-in, skin-on thighs for maximum flavor.

I made this delicious slow roast chicken recipe yesterday and it went down a treat. Everyone enjoyed it very much. Cooking the chicken slowly with the lemon, garlic with thyme, and wine was very moist and the taste of garlic and lemon came through beautifully.
