Kia has developed a comprehensive reimbursement program for affected current and former vehicle owners to cover the additional fuel costs associated with the MPG rating adjustments for the miles the vehicle is driven.
If you are eligible and follow the process described here, you will receive a Kia Visa ® Prepaid Card which will reimburse you for the difference in the EPA combined fuel economy rating, based on the fuel price in your region and your actual miles driven.
Please Note: The deadline for registration in Kia’s Reimbursement Program has passed. If you have any questions, please contact the Kia Fuel Economy Ratings Adjustment Program Center at 855.912.5648 for assistance. You will need a Customer ID number and VIN to continue.
