5 Φεβ 2010 · Jung-in and Hyun-soo, on their drive to the ski resort, enjoy their time alone. Meanwhile, the parents’ car gets sidetracked by Han-se’s phone call. Han-se repeats that Baek Geum-ja is the owner of the Seos’ house, despite Jung-kil’s insisting that he must have the information wrong.
The entire drama is filled with darkness and a suffocating feeling of dread, only somewhat lightened up in places when the romance kicks in. But I freakin' loved it, so much that I wrote a spoiler review of the show .
16 Απρ 2010 · Over at the Seos, a dumbfounded Jung-in tells everyone about her encounter with Geum-ja. Hyun-soo is obviously elated with the news and the two lovebirds hug each other at the thought of their marriage. But the parents are less than thrilled. Joo-hee: How about me? You don’t care about my approval? Hyun-soo: It’s alright. I know you like me.
This drama is based on the Japanese drama Hundred Million Stars From the Sky which -- SPOILER -- ends with a murder suicide after the leads discover they are brother and sister and have committed incest.
Knowing who they are, and knowing they are not alone: they even exchange I love you's in their last moments. For an end that was always written, it could have been worse. You should watch the original Japanese show. It’s even more tragic and shocking.
