(3+2+1) The sofa quality is outrageously poor; however the price is premium. - The leather on the main surface have a lot of scars. - The stitching was uneven (not straight-line) and badly done on the side of sofa. - Leather is supposed to be used to cover a visible part of sofa bottom.
5 Απρ 2011 · U can call rozel hq and talk nicely to the customer service there. They are actually quite nice and are there to solve the problem. Talking to the showroom manager is wasting ur time and might even create more trouble for u.

So, we contacted the customer service. The staff who attends to our complaint is very rude. We told the staff the quality of their sofa is not good, no apology instead the staff reply with his rude accent:" Our quality is good!
Poor quality materials and poor-quality customer service. Purchased a "Care free" warranty, spent 3K on a sofa, loveseat and chair. The chair cushion is not holding up and sagging pretty good, all three were purchased at the same time.
