Not sure if this screwed with my prior settings. Run sfc. Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box. Right-click cmd in the Programs list, and then click Run as administrator. Please check the source of this System Backup.” Also, when doing a diagnosis scan using a program called ComboFix, a message came up that said: “Softthinks Scheduler Fatal Error 0x1900001000000F.”

Here's a work around I'm using that seems to work. 1) Create a task in task scheduler to start the Softthinks service after system boot. Next go to services and change the start option of the Soft Thinks service to "manual".
