This caused possible power interruptions when electrical demand exceeded thresholds. Today elevated winds and continued dry conditions will allow the fire to grow.
8 Σεπ 2024 · FIRE SUPPRESSION EFFORTS CONTINUE IN THE BLUFF LAKE/BLUFF MESA AREA – EVACUATION ORDER REMAIN IN PLACE FOR WEST END OF BIG BEAR LAKE. The Line Fire has now been mapped at approximately 37,589 acres and the Incident Command Post reported the fire containment is 21%.
