Any pass that has expired for more than 30 days, the company is required to apply for Special Pass at the Operations, Investigation and Prosecution Division (previously known as Enforcement Division) of Immigration Department at Putrajaya.
A special pass is a temporary pass issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Usually it is valid for 30 days.
