23 Δεκ 2022 · I have seen several people try to make blind characters or ask how to make them, and most of the time they give up or bend the rules because being blind comes with a lot of disadvantages. But if anyone still wants to be a blinded character, here is a build that I think might work.

The best option that comes to mind is the 'Blindness/Deafness' spell, which does one of the other on a failed Con save. Or, you can get creative and start throwing pocket sand around, or aim for a creatures eyes in combat to try and disable them
Many spells and abilities require sight to pick a target. . Upsides of Blindness. Can't be blinded. Medusas and gorgons can't petrify you. . Mediocre Ways to Overcome Blindness. Rogues get 10ft blindsense at 14th level, but are almost unusable before that because you can't sneak attack at disadvantage.
