The Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) contains information about prisoners, parolees, and probationers who are currently under supervision, or who have been discharged but are still within three years of their supervision discharge date.

Searching by the number will return information on one prisoner and is the most accurate way to find a particular offender. The Michigan Legislature allows removal of offenders from the website after three years has elapsed from the discharge date.
