  4. We provide free civil legal assistance, advice and information for low-income people and the elderly in 21 eastern Missouri counties. Clients must meet financial eligibility based on household incomes or meet other qualifications for consultation or representation.

  5. Annually, we provide legal aid in over 1,500 cases in the areas of immigration law, veterans advocacy, family and guardianship law, housing crisis cases, and municipal court cases. We serve clients at 150% of the Federal Poverty Level or less.
