29 Απρ 2024 · The STABILA Masons level utilizes the industry standard type 196 frame due to the ultra-ridged aluminum profile with reinforcing ribs for high stability. The electrostatic powder coating on the type 196 frame allows for easy cleaning to prevent buildup on the level.
10 Ιουλ 2005 · I've have worked & used Stabilas - 187 series. I used a crick level awhile back and it was really nice. Bubbles are to *the line* and the resolution seems a bit more sensative than the Stabila. However, it's wood and I don't want to invest in $$$$ levels and have warping issues, etc.
4 Νοε 2010 · All of the new mason levels are laminate (that I know of) constriction. Worst than moisture is the mortar scratching the lenses. Stabila does manufacture a masons level with strike zones;
The STABILA Mason's level is designed for those who set brick, block and stone with a trowel. Patented striking shields allow the top of the level to be struck with the butt or blade of a trowel without causing damage to either the level or the trowel.
STABILA spirit levels include lots of useful and application-oriented additional features: strong rare-earth magnet systems leaving your hands free when working, angle vials, vials with lights, end caps with slip stoppers for a firm hold when marking and many more.
Review: There is not much to fault with Stabilas masonry level. The blow shields work well even after tapping with a trowel it still stayed accurate. Mine saddly met it's end under the wheel of a concrete truck. If you are choosing your first level I would probably stay away from this one.
4 Αυγ 2018 · +1 to the 1200 Stabila. If you need longer then drop it onto a length of straight timber. Ox used to to be good and I saw a full set for about £70 +VAT online recently but not sure if quality has suffered recently. Already got a 1200 but have found the 1800 really useful on site while working with ICF.
