Executive Summary. This report summarizes research conducted by Center for Houston’s Future (CHF) on behalf of Texas 2036 to assess the potential implications for the Texas economy and its fiscal health if oil prices were to remain weak for the next 15 years through 2036, the State’s bicentennial.
