I wrote into Stan White customer service and stated the following: 1) The website states that the home has a heated pool 2) The website does not state an additional fee for heating the pool (which, as stated in the FAQs, was supposed to be posted on the listing if there was a charge)
When we reviewed the Stan White website, I expressed some concerns about the absence of customer reviews. I found it odd that a house such as this would not have a single customer review, either positive or negative.

Rented house in Duck, CD116 Storm Haven, in July from Stan White Realty. House was not cleaned from the week before visitors. Dirty bathrooms, kitchen, floors, trash in trash cans.
