8 Αυγ 2024 · I couldn't resist walking away from a very decent old Firestar M40 at the local pawn shop, with box for $250. It seems to work fine but I would like to find a tutorial or video on a total disassembly just in case I need to replace a part or springs. I have looked everywhere with no results.
24 Οκτ 2015 · There is zero information that I can find online regarding a detailed or complete disassembly besides an exploded view of the firearm. Anyone out there have any ideas on how to completely disassemble this critter?
7 Απρ 2020 · Made from 1990 until 1997, the sturdy and compact Star M-40 Firestar was one of the first concealable pistols chambered for a potent cartridge. This little-known compact single-stack pistol was a precursor to the modern CCW sidearm.
The M45 is the .45 caliber version of the Firestar series. It is similar in most respects to the M3 and M40 pistols, but is slightly larger in all dimensions to accomodate the larger cartridge. Few or no parts are interchangable between the M45 and M43/M40 frame sizes.

18 Φεβ 2010 · Can anyone tell me where I can find instructions on the COMPLETE disassembly of a Star Firestar Plus. I can find plenty directions on simple 'field strip' for cleaning but nothing on complete takedown.
