28 Νοε 2023 · California has approved the use of two high school equivalency tests (GED® and HiSET®) for students 18 years old and older, and 17 years old in some instances, for the purpose of receiving a California High School Equivalency Certificate.
20 Φεβ 2024 · California was using 410 AND 450 scoring standard 1 (which meant that no subtest scored less than 410, and an average score of at least 450 for the battery was required). Please note GEDTS also allowed the minimum score of 2250 to be used as an indicator of passing.
California uses GED Credentialing ™ for GED ® transcripts and certificates earned after 1990 and for some GED ® transcripts and certificates earned before 1990, depending on where you tested. Be sure to include the following information when you request your transcript :

9 Φεβ 2024 · The three State Board-authorized high school equivalency tests are the General Educational Development (GED®) Test, provided by the GED Testing Service (GEDTS®); the High School Equivalency Test (HiSET®), provided by Educational Testing Service (ETS); and the Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC™), provided by CTB/McGraw-Hill.
