To reapply or request reinstatement of your license, go to the Professions and Occupations page, click on your license type, click on Applications, and complete the Application for License or Application for Reinstatement.

Renewal: Nebraska requires eight (8) hours of Continuing Education in order to renew one's license. Four (4) of the eight hours must be Board approved, be related to Cosmetology, and cannot be home study courses. The other four hours do not need to be Board approved, and can be home study courses.
