Hello, I am kinda new to the game and wanted to activate two factor authentificator, but every time I click on "enable" in account it sends me to page, which is saying. "SORRY. You need a validated email address to use Authenticator.
The RuneScape Authenticator is an additional layer of protection players can utilise on their accounts. It replaces the Jagex Account Guardian (JAG), by using an RFC-compliant time-based one-time password (TOTP) compatible with Google Authenticator.
Free and available to all RuneScape players, in the main game and on Old School, the RuneScape Authenticator is the new way to protect your account, giving it an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
