  5. Yes you gotta use iShowYou. Just had this problem recently on my Mac. Download and install iShowU. Go to settings and go to security/privacy. Hit allow. Select iShowU. Now when you look at your Sound in Mac Settings you will see iShowU as an output device. Go to search mac type in MIDI. Open it up. Press the plus button on the bottom left.
