  1. Waitlisted students who receive email notification of an available seat must follow these steps (within the stated deadline) to register in the class: Go to the Registration - Register for Classes area in Self-Service and find the waitlisted class in your Summary.

  2. Although courses do not have an “expiration date”, OSU-COM would like to see courses completed in the last three years. However, if you have questions about a specific course, schedule an advisement appointment with the OSU-COM Recruitment team.

At the time of entry: Completion of at least three years (90 semester hours) and not less than 75 percent of the courses required for a baccalaureate degree at a regionally accredited college or university. Satisfactory completion of the following courses with no grade below “C” (2.0 on a 4.0 scale): English, 2 semesters.

  5. Medical Student Academic Opportunities The Office of Clinical Education conducts a 22-month Clerkship Program for Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine third- and fourth- year medical students.

  6. Modern buildings house conference facilities, a hospital simulation center, expanded classroom space, a medical bookstore and a forensic sciences and biomedical research facility. The OSU Medical Center, located a half-mile north of campus, is the primary teaching hospital for the college.

  7. OSU's pre-med resources help students develop into holistically prepared candidates, provide guidance about the admissions process and help connect students with peers and professional organizations to get involved and learn more about opportunities in health care fields.
