I've had no issues with the sniglar and sundvik cribs, and they've been taken apart and reused by someone else too. We switched to the Kura for a floor bed setup at around 13 months and it was the best decision we've ever made. It was the key to our son becoming an independent sleeper.

18 Ιουλ 2015 · I just read a few reviews and they said that people really liked the crib itself but that the mattress that comes with it isn't great. They all replaced it. If you're willing to get a different mattress, sounds like a pretty decent crib. Sorry, no personal experience with it.
6 Φεβ 2018 · “IKEA Canada has recalled their IKEA SNIGLAR cribs because the cribs' slats are able to detach from the top or bottom rail and create a gap. The affected cribs have the model number 502.485.41, measure 70 cm x 132 cm, and have the manufacturing date code of 15342.”
Our Ikea Sundvik crib is awesome, and has held up extremely well - and it was only $120.
Long shot: anyone with the ikea sundvik crib/toddler bed? We discovered we either never had or lost in our move the toddler conversion piece for our sundvik crib. Ikea support tells me they don't have the part and I have to either get one from the as-is parts area or I'd have to return ours (not happening 2.5 years later).
