Copy Fees. The following fees, and corresponding Government Code, apply to copies of public court records: Advanced payment is required before your request will be processed. The Court accepts the following by mail: check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to: Kings County Superior Court. Do NOT send cash.

When a fee is required the eFiling system will show the fee next to the document type and on the e-filing summary page. Fees can also be reviewed in our fee schedule at any time. Electronic payments incur a processing fee for each transaction. The fee is $2.49 for credit cards or $1.49 for internet check payments.

Trust Account Service Fees. $10.00 Settlements, Tender, Bonds, Garnishments, Judgments, Interpleader: On each payment of $25.01 and over KCC 4A.630.120(B)(2) Exceptions to Trust Account Service Fees: A payment of $25.00 or less. Fee waived by the Clerk on the basis Applications are available at of a Hardship Affidavit on file.
