16 Δεκ 2011 · I haven't done the 90-day program (yet) but I have done several workouts and thought they were very good. There is a good variety too - no yoga program but many other modalities including Tabata, total body functional training, traditional weight training and cardio.

it is definitely not as hard as P90x, but it is still a good workout. you don't need a pull-up bar, which i like. all you need is a ball and dumbells. takes about 35-45 minutes, which i also like better than p90x. so far so good. i don't know why people hate on this product, even if it is a knock-off. its still a good workout and it only cost ...

1 Φεβ 2011 · Having only done this workout and Core Dynamics I would without a doubt say that Supreme 90 is definitely worth the $14.99 that I paid for it. It is a bargain! The Core Dynamics workout was good but not as good Core Synergistics in P90x.

Supreme 90 Day System. Over Christmas, I bought the Supreme 90 Day System for $7.98 (after factoring in the coupon) at Bed Bath & Beyond. It's a P90X competitor/wannabe that utilizes the same muscle confusion principle.
