On their facebook page, when I dm them, there's not even a robotic response and when I emailed them at their site, there was no email response as usual letting me know they've received by request. 21 Αυγ 2023 · The survey ran longer than the advertised amount of minutes to complete. I didn't use the screenshot, but I did highlight the survey's time out message and the survey link for SJ support. I contacted support and they awarded me a higher partial payment, and apologized for the survey taking longer than it was advertised.
13 Ιαν 2024 · Myself and others have mentioned our negative experiences with the platform in the past, but if anyone is interested in joining, I'd advise you to read reviews here and elsewhere since the negative experiences appear to outweigh the positive ones for many.
