Overview: The 2016 baseline Click It or Ticket observation survey of seat belt use in Ohio contained 21,175 vehicle occupants –17,956 drivers and 3,219 passengers. After the Click It or Ticket media campaign and enforcement initiatives, another random sample of 23,082 occupants was observed at the same sites with 19,083
