Signal Data, Kyrotech, Gear 12+ Salvage: Take the crystal values from weekly shipments and divide it by quantity available. Conquest Units/Ships: Cost per refresh (2200) divided by number of shards (20) for a crystal value of 110 per shard.
TL;DR there is no best way to get gear besides buying it/making it yourself, because no looted armor will compare. There are plenty of ways to quickly farm the money you need however based on your preference.
If you're on legends specifically the Bespin quest line gives a lot of credits. Also killing Night Sisters on Dathomir for stat gear like IStirTheShitPot suggested at Foschi bunker.
