You need Sync 2 to use on Vexchange.io. I use Sync more because of the desktop apps like manager. You cannot import a sync seed into sync 2. You will need to make a new wallet in Sync 2 and send any Vet / VeThor directly to your new wallet.
I can see the coins made it to Sync2..does the hardware wallet has to be plugged in when sending coins to it? I also noticed that unlike LedgerLive where you can verify the receiving/address on your Ledger, Sync2 does not have that option.
