Poor Customer Service. I have been a Tmobile customer since 2021. Called today to get all 3 phones upgraded. I was advisedit would be a $70.89 upfront fee and $16.67 monthly added to my bill for each line.
29 Ιουν 2023 · In December of 2022 I turned in my iPhone XR in exchange for the iPhone 14 and added a line because T-Mobile was running an $800 off the new phone promo. I handed my phone over to an associate in the store.
5 Απρ 2022 · Another member of the keep and switch team told me the account was in an exception status and that he took care of it. He told me if I want the two $800 prepaid cards it will take up to another 2-3 weeks but if I’d take two $650 prepaid cards and a $300 bill credit he could process it immediately.

13 Σεπ 2023 · I would like to escalate my concern to a higher level of customer relation service since i am getting no solutions by calling customer care. I spent almost 10 hrs in the past two weeks with customer care on the phone, trying to solve a scam issue, for which, i believe it was an illegal act performed by a T-Mobile representative.
