Poor Customer Service. I have been a Tmobile customer since 2021. Called today to get all 3 phones upgraded. I was advisedit would be a $70.89 upfront fee and $16.67 monthly added to my bill for each line.
I feel completely scammed by T-Mobile’s bait-and-switch tactics. Be wary of any promotions they promise on the phone—what you hear may not be what you get! Date of experience : October 07, 2024
13 Σεπ 2023 · I have my case all written up, getting ready to report this scam to the “Bureau of Consumer Protection” so others can hear the fraudulent business practices. My friend suggested me to drop a message at the T-Mobile Community one last time to see if the issue can get escalate further.
