Entering a closed test server is only possible with an invite code. Please note that invite codes are not issued to players, and it is impossible to get them on any sites. Sometimes, when there is need for a mass test, servers are opened up to all players.
The purpose of the test server is for checking the new releases and searching the bugs in condition comfortable for testers. Crystals , purchased items, and any other in-game items received on the test server will never be added to your account on the main server.

18 Φεβ 2012 · In order to become a tester, you need to speak Russian. Because you'll have to report errors to the developers. AKA, Test server is not for a full garage, but its for testing anything before it comes to the open server.
11 Απρ 2012 · This is where I will be putting my feedback on the tankionline 2.0 available in the test server. As of this post, 1 paint is out, and 4 maps (revised), along with smoky and wasp m3. And of course, green paint.
